Reaulf Flemming, one of two young men who posed in a controversial selfie with Emmanuel Macron in the West Indies, was arrested Saturday for possession of narcotics and rebellion in Saint-Martin, Le Parisien learned from a source close to the investigation, confirming information from the local newspaper The Pelican.
